Three more robberies

Regional Police detectives are investigating another batch of armed robberies.
There were three more yesterday with the first one happening at a Little Short Stop on Erb Street West.
Police say, just before four in the afternoon, a man armed with an unidentified weapon robbed the store of some cash.
Police say this heist may be related to three others in the region, but they aren’t saying which ones.
Then last night, there were two more, less than a half hour apart, both in Kitchener.
At nine o’clock, a man armed with a screw driver robbed Water Street Convenience.
At 9:25, a Little Short Stop on Krug was robbed by a man toting a screw driver.
Police say detectives are trying to determine if those two robberies are connected.
