One person has been sent to hospital with serious injuries after a crash on the Eastbound 401 in Milton.

OPP got the call just after 2 o’clock this afternoon.

They say a straight panel truck made a lane change and hit a pickup truck hauling a trailer. The panel truck rolled onto it’s roof and both vehicles ended up in the right ditch.

The driver of the panel truck was taken to Milton Hospital. The people in the pick-up were not hurt.

Two of the three lanes were closed for about four hours.
