One of four University of Waterloo students charged in the steroids scandal at the school will be allowed to continue his studies there.
Hal Mattson, the lawyer for third-year linebacker Brandon Krukowski, says his client will return to campus to complete his degree this year.
The school had initially banned Krukowski from the property but changed its mind before his appeal.
Mattson calls the compromise a reasonable one.
Krukowski was the fourth person to be charged in connection with drug use on the football team.
He is the only accused allowed to return to the school.
The university suspended the Warriors program for one year because of the scandal.
