Woman hit by car

An elderly woman is being treated for serious injuries at a Hamilton hospital after being hit by a car in Kitchener.

The woman was trying to cross Weber Street near Delroy at around 11 o’clock this morning when she was struck.

The 69 year old driver of the car was not hurt.

Police are looking for witnesses and are considering charges.
