Suspicious fire in Kitchener

The Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a suspicious fire call in Kitchener over the weekend.
No one was hurt in yesterday’s morning’s incident at a Morgan Avenue apartment building.
At this point, it’s not clear if an actual fire broke out, but what authorities are looking into is the fact gasoline was poured all over a washing machine.
Residents got out of the building safely after being alerted to the potential danger when fire alarms sounded.
