Guilty plea in November murder

A guilty plea in a Kitchener murder from last November.

26 year old Frederick Lutterodt pleaded guilty to manslaughter in court this morning.

23 year old Paul Joseph Smith was stabbed outside a nightclub in downtown Kitchener.

Lutterodt was sentenced to eight years in prison, but will serve just seven because of credit for time served.

He was originally charged with second degree murder.
