Pot bust in Kitchener

A Kitchener man faces various drug charges after a raid this week at a Bloomingdale Road residence.

Police say they executed a search warrant on Wednesday and seized just over 100 suspected pot plants.

Those carry an estimated street value of $100,000.

Police are calling it a marijuana grow operation.

A 46 year old man is charged with production of a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
