Fraud charges

A Burlington man faces two dozen charges – accused of defrauding a Kitchener construction firm of over $18,000.

Waterloo Regional Police allege a number of forged business cheques were deposited in his personal bank account between August 2008 and April of last year.

Police say 29 year old James Holdam faces one count of fraud over $5,000 and 23 counts of uttering a forged document.
