Major tech conference in Stratford

The Canada 3.0 Conference kicks off today in Stratford.
The event itself provides a once-a-year opportunity for Canadians in digital media to come together to discuss the key issues and make the plans required to propel Canada to a leadership position in global digital media.
Canada 3.0 is a joint effort of the Canadian Digital Media Network at the University of Waterloo Stratford Campus.
The program includes one of CDMN’s major goals, the “Moonshot”: Anyone can do anything online in Canada by 2017.
Speakers at this years conference include Kevin Newman, Anchor and Executive Editor of Global National, Tony Chapman, CEO of Capital C, Tony Clement the Minister of Industry, Joseph Iuso, CEO of UseMyBank, a product of UseMyServices Inc, and Sarah Prevette, Founder of Sprouter.
