Pedestrian struck in Kitchener

A man has been taken to hospital following a crash in Kitchener early this morning. Regional police tells 570 News the pedestrian was taken to Grand River Hospital with undetermined injuries after being struck by a car on King north of Victoria.
Both northbound lanes of King were closed for just over an hour, but reopened just after 8:00 a.m.
