Wind whips fresh falling snow

The morning commute will be a snowy and slippery one for residents across southern Ontario.
Environment Canada predicts the region will be coated with a thick blanket of snow.
570 News Weather Specialist John Wilson says we could see up to an additional 7 centimetres of snow today coupled with blowing snow and a stiff north wind.
Snow plows are already at work on the main roads and the OPP are warning commuters to drive cautiously because conditions will worsen when strong winds, steady snowfall and low visibility combine.
