Apple’s new tablet to be unveiled

Apple unveils it’s new tablet computer this afternoon.
The device is one of the most eagerly awaited products of 2010 and rumoured to feature a 10-inch screen, high quality graphics, touch screen capability and some major horsepower.
Industry analyst Tim Bujarin says the new handheld could make current electronic book readers irrelevant.
Steve Hasker, with Neilson Media Research, said the tablet idea has been tried before without success, but this time, it’s coming from the company behind the game-changing iPod and iPhone.
The tablet will be unveiled in San Francisco at 1 p.m. (ET).
