RIM faces lawsuit over digital camera’s

Waterloo-based Research in Motion is facing a lawsuit over technology related to digital cameras in their BlackBerry.

Eastman Kodak Co. is suing RIM and Apple saying their camera-enabled BlackBerry and iPhone infringe on a Kodak patent covering technology for previewing photos. 

Kodak is asking the federal agency that oversees trade disputes to bar RIM and Apple from shipping the phones.
