Fanelli is Back in Kitchener

Ben Fanelli is getting back to business.
The Kitchener Rangers defenceman suffered serious head injuries after taking a check from former Erie Otter Mike Liambas in October.
The 16-year-old returned to classes at Eastwood Collegiate this week, and he’s back living in his billet house.
Although he’s not yet on the ice, he has also been doing some light work outs on his own.
His neurologist could give him the go ahead at the end of this month after an MRI in Hamilton.
Liambas on the other hand, was suspended at the end of December in the International Hockey League where he is playing for the Bloomington PrairieThunder.
He was suspended for a hit from behind on Jason Lawmaster of the Muskegon Lumberjacks.
Lawmaster ruptured his spleen and spent four days in a local hospital.
