1. The Rolling Stones | UNZIPPED 

Now thru February 27, 2022 

THEMUSEUM, Kitchener 

The Rolling Stones | UNZIPPED is the first international exhibition by and about the world-famous rock band. It features hundreds of original Stones artifacts and memorabilia and offers an immersive look at the band’s nearly sixty-year journey. 

There’s also the Ronnie Woods Art Exhibition on now through February 20th which includes over 50 works of art that are available for purchase, along with signed prints and set lists from the band.

2. Catch a Professional Basketball Game with the KW Titans 

February 21 and 27, 2022 

The Aud 

The KW Titans are back and ready to hit the court! Catch their home opener on Monday, February 21st at the Aud against the London Lightning, with their next home game happening on Sunday, February 27th versus the Dayton Flight.

3. Savour the Season at the St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market 

Saturday, February 12, 2022 

Join the St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market for Savour the Season – the chocolate edition! Just in time for Valentine’s Day, sample various chocolate-themed food and beverages from a variety of vendors.

4. Black Presence in Berlin Walking Tour 

Downtown Kitchener 

Many people think that Kitchener’s first Black residents only came to this area in the 1960s and 70s, but did you know that the first Black person actually arrived in Waterloo Region in 1806? 

This Stroll Walking tour is led by Peggy Plet, who also did the research for the tour. There are several walks planned for the month of February, with additional dates happening throughout 2022.

5. Skate Night Date Night - Skating Through the Decades 

Waterloo Public Square 

There's free public ice skating from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. in Waterloo Public Square every Thursday night in February. Skate along to the tunes played by the on-site DJ featuring music that works its way through the decades. Participants must bring their own skates and are encouraged to dress in theme.

6. Live Performances with the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony 

February 11 & 12, 2022 

February 25, 2022 

Centre In The Square, Kitchener 

The Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony takes to the stage to perform for live audiences once again!  

Join the symphony February 11 & 12 as KWS Music Director Andrei Feher is joined by Canadian pianist Charles Richard-Hamelin for an evening of mesmerizing works. And on February 25, Juno award winner Ron Sexsmith joins the Symphony for a stellar evening of all things Canadiana.
