Looking back on a crazy year of real estate

We are nearing the end of the year and looking back at it, it’s been one crazy year in the real estate world!

It’s been filled with highs and lows.

Rental demand is at an all time high, inventory is at an all time low and we are still seeing record breaking sales. 2021 has been a great year for investors and sellers due to the increase in value of the rental market and the resale value of their properties.

With the amount of homes on the market continuing to overwhelm the number of buyers wanting to purchase, it makes it very tricky for clients to navigate the Real Estate market.
