Driver of truck allegedly drove for 12km with debris falling off it: OPP

An alarming incident on Highway 7/8 in Kitchener this week.
Officers with the Cambridge detachment of Ontario Provincial Police were called to a collision where a truck collided with a concrete barrier.
OPP allege the truck then drove 12 kilometres with debris falling from it until police initiated a traffic stop.
A driver is facing several charges including careless driving, failing to remain at the scene of an accident and operating an unsafe vehicle.
