Three left lanes reopen 401 EB at Highway 8 (update)

A stalled vehicle caused major issues on local highways on Thursday. 

According to the Ministry of Transportation, three lefts lanes were blocked on Highway 401 eastbound just past the Highway 8 off-ramp shortly after 11:30 a.m.

All lanes reopened shortly after 12:30 p.m.
