Suspect takes off with cash after robbery at gas station

On April 27, 2019, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to the Husky gas station in the area of Kingswood Drive and Block Line Road in Kitchener for a report of a robbery.
A male suspect entered the gas station and demanded money.
The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money before he fled the area on foot.
The suspect was described as a white male, approximately in his mid-20s, wearing a grey hoody and dark pants.
There were no physical injuries reported as a result of the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
