Second arrest made in Good Friday shooting

A man from the Greater Toronto Area is now facing charges in connection with a shooting at a plaza at King Street North and University Avenue East in Waterloo on Good Friday.
Waterloo Regional Police say they made the arrest on Friday.
Levi Alexander, 23, is charged with discharging a firearm with intent to endanger life and aggravated assault.
A youth was also arrested earlier this month.
Police are still looking to identify two other people in relation to the shooting.
They are both men, between 19 and 25 years of age.
One was wearing a blue hooded puffy vest, black pants and white shoes, the other was wearing a black hoodie, grey pants and black shoes.

One person suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being shot the morning of April 19.
Two others suffered minor injuries.
