An arrest has been made in connection with several prowler incidents in the university district of Waterloo.
Waterloo Regional Police had been investigating four incidents from July. They happened between July 1 and July 17.
In one incident, on July 13, a male was observed peering through a window of a residence in the area of Hickory Street West and Spruce Street.
On Wednesday, police arrested a 38-year-old Kitchener man.
The accused has been charged with voyeurism (three counts), trespass by night (three counts) and criminal harassment (three counts).
He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
