Police looking for three male suspects after stabbing in Waterloo

A male victim is in hospital with serious injuries following a stabbing in Waterloo.

Officers were called to an apartment, in the area of University Avenue West and Lester Street, just after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.

It's alleged the victim was assaulted by three male suspects. Investigators also believe it was a targeted incident.

The General Investigations Unit of Waterloo Regional Police have taken over the investigation.
