Police looking for SUV that may be connected to Waterloo shooting

Police have released more details following, what they believe was, a targeted shooting in Waterloo on Good Friday.

They're looking for information about a dark coloured SUV that was seen fleeing the area at the time of the shooting. 

Police say multiple people were inside the vehicle.

The shooting happened around 2 a.m. Friday, on King Street North, near University Avenue East.

A man from the Toronto area, 26, was treated at hospital for non-life threatening injuries and has since been released.

Two women were also treated for minor injuries.

Police are also requesting anyone who has dash cam footage from the north end of Waterloo, between 1 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. on Friday to contact them.
