Police looking for suspect spotted performing indecent acts in Waterloo

The alleged incidents happened in the area of Conestoga Mall on Wednesday night

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a pair of indecent acts in north Waterloo.

The first incident, in the area of Sandringham Drive and Old Abbey Road, was reported to police around 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

Then about 20 minutes later, police allege the same suspect was observed performing an indecent act in a parking lot at Conestoga Mall.

The suspect is described as male, white, between 15 to 20 years old.

He has dark shaggy hair, a thin build and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark coloured pants.
