Police investigating gun incident in Kitchener

Regional police are investigating a call about a weapon in Kitchener.
Police responded to the area of Thomas Slee Drive on Monday right before 8 p.m. after they received a report of a man being threatened with a firearm.
They said the victim told them he was sitting in his vehicle at his residence when he was approached by the suspect, who was carrying a firearm.
The victim did not sustain any injuries from this incident.
Police describe the suspect as a South Asian male with a thin build.
They said he is about 5'10″ tall, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, dark jeans and a face mask.
The police's General Investigations Unit is continuing to investigate.
