The police investigation stems from an incident that began in May of 2022 through to June 8 2022, as a woman reported to police the she'd been followed by that man on several occasions.

That man has followed and watched that woman near a grocery store in the Fischer-Hallman Road area, as well as at an educational institution in the area of Strasburg Road.

The unknown male is described as being tall with a medium build and short brown hair. He's said to wear black-rimmed glasses, and is typically seen in a dark blue t-shirt, jeans, and black work-style boots. It's also noted the unknown male spoke fluent French.
