On Sunday, December 22, 2019, members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service responded to a report of a vehicle that was stopped in the middle of the intersection on Listowel Road and Arthur Street in Elmira.
Officers located two adult males passed out inside the vehicle.
Suspected Fentanyl was found inside. Both males were arrested.
