Regional police have arrested and charged a Peterborough man in connection with a renovation scam that took place in the spring.
A Cambridge resident paid a deposit for home renovations on April 13, but work was not completed, and a refund was not provided.
After an investigation, on June 21 police arrested and charged the 45-year-old man with fraud under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime.
The man was held in police custody for a bail hearing.
