Over $70K worth of equipment stolen from Ayr business

Waterloo Regional Police are looking for three suspects after a robbery in Ayr.

It happened around 7 a.m. on Saturday, March 5, at a business in the area of Stanley Street and Swan Street.

Police say the suspects entered the business and began stealing equipment.

They were confronted by the owner, who then got involved in a physical altercation with one of the suspects. The suspects then fled with over $70,000 worth of stolen equipment.

All three suspects were wearing dark clothing, masks and gloves. One of the suspects is described as a white male, approximately 5’9” tall, with a thin build.
