Man assaulted during robbery at licensed establishment in Waterloo

Police are appealing for more information after a robbery in the area of King Street North and University Avenue East in Waterloo.

Officers responded just after 2 a.m. on Thursday, to reports of a male being assaulted at a licensed establishment. 

The fight spilled outside. Police say the victim was assaulted by two males who stole personal property from him.

The victim, a 19-year-old Guelph man, suffered minor injuries.
