Federal offender may be in the area

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of his statutory release. The offender is also wanted by the Cambridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment for Dangerous Driving, Flight from Police and Stunt Driving-Excess Speed.
Samson ARVIKO is described as a black male, 35 years of age, 5'11″ (180cm), 180 lbs (88kg) with black hair and brown eyes. He is also known to be operating a grey Mercedes motor vehicle bearing Ontario marker CEVJ 012.
He is serving a five (5) year and eleven (11) month sentence for Trafficking in a Narcotic, Conspire to Commit an Indictable Offence and Possession Weapon for Purpose of Trafficking.
The offender is known to frequent the cities of Toronto, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and Durham Region.
