Federal offender could be in the region

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for your help tracking down a federal offender, known to frequent Waterloo Region.
A Canada Wide Warrant is out for Richard Haddock, who is accused of breaching his statutory release.
He is 5 '11″, 201 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
The 41-year-old is serving a two year sentence for break and enters, theft and failing to comply with court orders.
