Fatal fire under investigation in Kitchener

One person is dead after a fire in Kitchener early Friday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Victoria Street North and Locust Street just after 1:30 a.m.
The fire occurred in a small building. Police say the victim was located during a search of the structure.
Police, the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Office of the Fire Marshal are all involved in the investigation.
