Driver doubles down in Kitchener

Someone had a need for speed and it will be costly.
Waterloo Regional Police allege they nabbed a vehicle doing 102 km/h in a 50 km/h zone on Shirley Avenue in Kitchener on Thursday morning.
The traffic unit was doing speed enforcement in the area at the time.
A Kitchener man, 28, is facing several charges under the Highway Traffic Act, including stunt driving.
He will also be without his vehicle and licence for seven days.
No name has been released.
