Titans still searching for first win of season

The Kitchener-Waterloo Titans are 0 and 2 to start the 2023 NBL Canada season following a weekend loss in Sudbury.

Saturday night, the Titans and Five met for a second straight game.

The Five dominated with 64 points in the second half to K-W's 44. The final ended up being 112-86 in favour of Sudbury.

Sam Akano led the way offensively for the Titans with 19 points.

The Titans will host Windsor in their home opener on Wednesday. The game gets underway at 7 p.m.
