Panthers put up big sixth to defeat Toronto

A six run sixth inning was the difference as the Kitchener Panthers downed Toronto 14-6 at Christie Pits Wednesday night.

Simon Grinberg finished the night with four RBI, also scoring twice. Blake Jacklin went 3-for-5 with two RBI and two runs.

Jacob Douglas pitched five innings for Kitchener, picking up his second win of the season.

The Panthers are now 5 and 5.

The Maple and Panthers are scheduled to meet again Thursday in Kitchener. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m.
