The Ministry of Transportation has reopened the collector lanes of the westbound 401 through Mississauga following an earlier vehicle fire through that stretch.
That fire resulted in the closure of both the express and collector lanes on the westbound 401 near Mavis Road.
According to the MTO, the westbound express lanes remain closed through the area of Mavis Road as clean-up efforts continue.
There's no word on when that incident will be fully cleared.
