Police respond to weapons call at KPL

A man is facing numerous charges after police were called to the main branch of the Kitchener Public Library on Queen Street North.

On Thursday at around 4 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police received a report about a man with a weapon.

Police said they were able to make an arrest without incident.

A Kitchener man, 26, is charged with weapons dangerous, possession of stolen property and breach of probation.

No name has been released.
