OPP say two children from Waterloo Region killed in crash near Stratford

A 10-year old from Cambridge and a two-year old from Kitchener have been identified as the deceased in a crash near Stratford last night.
OPP say it happened just before 6:00 p.m. in Perth South, at the intersection of Perth Line 26 and Perth Road 122.
The two-vehicle crash involved a minivan and an SUV.
OPP say the minivan was going northbound on Road 122, while the SUV was travelling westbound on Line 26 at the time.
Heeyul Son of Cambridge and Daniel Nadon of Kitchener were pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem has been scheduled for both of them Thursday.
Three others involved in the crash remain in critical condition.
It's unknown how it occurred, but the intersection has no eastbound or westbound stop signs while there is a stop sign northbound.
The investigation is ongoing and charges will be reviewed after the investigation is complete.
The intersection has reopened.
