Some bragging rights for Kitchener-based Stockyards Brewing.
Stockyards won four medals at the recent Ontario Brewing Awards.
They took gold for best Wood-Aged Beer for their Four Barrels Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout on Coffee Beans.
Crystal Park Pilsner won bronze in the Czech Lager category. Pacific Dreams West Coast Style IPA also took bronze in the IPA category. The third bronze was in the Catharina Sour category for Braided Roads Orange Creamsicle.
"We are both humbled and overwhelmed by these prestigious awards." said Brett Croft, brewmaster, Stockyards Brewery.
"Special thanks to the judges and congrats to our fellow Ontario craft brewers who took home awards at the competition." Croft added in the news release.
