Saying "yes" to Encore has paid off for Seeronjee Sukhu.

The Kitchener resident matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order in the August 19 Lotto Max draw to win $100,000. She then won an additional $20 on her Lotto Max selection.

The 55-year-old, who is a regular lottery player, explained this is her first major win while picking up her cheque at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. "I pick up a ticket every Thursday when I go grocery shopping and I always add Encore,"

Sukhu plans to pay some bills, save, and help her children with her winnings.

"It was a moment that I felt like my dream has finally come true. I feel very emotional." she added.

The winning ticket was purchased at Evergreen Top Convenience on Highland Road in Kitchener.
