The KW Titans gather for a timeout called on the floor against the Lansing Pharaohs.

Coming fresh off the heels of the news of new ownership the K-W Titans are looking to fill two key roles in the organization.

In a press release on Monday, the team announced it's on the lookout for a new General Manager and a VP of operations.

David Schooley, the CEO and co-owner of the K-W Titans, explained the current situtation.

"We've got a strong candidate for head coach [but] now we're looking for an experienced General Manager and a VP of Operations to round out the leadership team."

Schooley went on to add, "Basketball is so intergral to our community, finding individuals from Waterloo Region would be icing on the cake," said Schooley.

He added the candidate for Head Coach will likely be announced next week.

David and his wife Kate Schooley were revealed to be the new owners of the team last month.

They said their new not-for-profit ownership structure will see them split ownership of the team 50/50 with the community.

The Schooleys have pledged to make the team 100 percent community owned in less than 10 years.

The 2023 season will begin Feburary 20th and the Titans first home game will be March 1st at the Kitchener Auditorium.

Tickets for the upcoming season are expected to be released in the coming weeks.

Applicants for the General Manager and VP of Operations positions are encouraged to reach out to David Schooley as soon as possible and resumes can be mailed to
