Driver charged after Cambridge rollover crash

Waterloo Regional Police have laid charges after a crash near the Hamilton Family Theatre in Cambridge.

It happened in the St. Andrews Street South and Glebe Street area on Tuesday around 12:40 p.m.

Police say the driver of a car was attempting to turn into a parking lot when they hit a curb, struck a tree, and then another vehicle.

The car then rolled and landed upside down – on its roof. 

There were no injuries. 

The driver – a 74-year-old Cambridge woman – has been charged with making an unsafe turn.
