CHYM Tree of Hope Radiothon raises over $223K

The Radiothon took place Saturday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The 29th annual CHYM Tree of Hope Radiothon has raised $223,030 in support of Family and Children's Services of the Waterloo Region. 

Gifts made during the Radiothon were matched dollar for dollar up to $25,000.

CHYM 96.7 morning show hosts Brady & Tara hosted the radiothon from 8 a.m., until noon, and afternoon host Adele hosted from noon until 4 p.m.

Donations made to the campaign provide meaningful, ongoing support to children and families throughout the year. 

The 12 days of hope online auction begins Sunday at 9 a.m., and closes Dec. 16. 

The Tree of Hope campaign runs until Dec. 31 and donations can still be made by clicking here.
