It should arrive at city hall around 10 a.m.
The city has also announced the outdoor rink at city hall will open on Monday, December 3 (weather permitting).
It's free and will be open daily from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.
The annual Christkindl Market starts on December 6 and the Christmas Fantasy light display opens in Victoria Park on December 8.
