Charges laid after crash shuts down busy intersection near Breslau

Charges have been laid after a crash shut down a major intersection in Woolwich Township yesterday evening. 

The crash happened just before 6:00 p.m. at Victoria Street and Fountain Street. 

Regional Police say a car was making a left on to Fountain when it was struck. 

Only minor injuries were reported.

A Cambridge woman, 23, has been charged. 

Waterloo Regional Police are asking any witnesses to give them a call. 

The intersection of Victoria and Fountain was closed for around two hours last night for a police investigation.
