The Waterloo Catholic District School Board has announced that its schools will re-open on Tuesday after CUPE reached an agreement with the Ontario government to pause their job action.
All education workers have agreed to return to schools on Tuesday.
The WCDSB transitioned to remote learning on Friday when the strike was initially called.
Now, all schools will once again return to in-person learning with a regular day of classes on Tuesday.
School transportation, and all extended day programs will also be running on their regular schedules.
