Joe Nowak wins close race in Wellesley, mayor already acclaimed in Woolwich

Joe Nowak has been elected as mayor in Wellesley, but it was a close vote.
He only defeated Bernia Wheaton by 23 votes.
Voting was extended until 8 p.m. on Tuesday due to issues with online voting on election night.

Voting was also extended in Woolwich, but Sandy Shantz had already been acclaimed as she ran unapposed.
