The Kitchener Rangers will open pre-season play at home on Sunday, September 4. They will host the Niagara Ice Dogs at 2 p.m.
The schedule was released on Tuesday afternoon.
The following day, Sept. 5, the Rangers and Guelph Storm will play a neutral-site game at the North Dumfries Community Complex in Ayr. It's home to the Ayr Centennials of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League. The game starts at 2 p.m.
The rest of the pre-season schedule is as follows:
- Sept. 9 -- Barrie at Kitchener -- 7:30 p.m.
- Sept. 10 -- Kitchener at Barrie -- 7:30 p.m.
- Sept. 24 -- Mississauga at Kitchener -- 4 p.m.
- Sept. 25 -- Kitchener at Mississauga -- 2 p.m.
Kitchener will start the regular season at home vs. Sarnia on Sept 30 at 7:30 p.m.
