Kitchener Rangers' goalie Pavel Cajan has signed his first pro deal.
Cajan inked a two-year American Hockey League contract with the Cleveland Monsters. The Monsters are the farm team for the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League.
The 19-year-old recorded a .901 save percentage and 3.61 goals against average in 44 games with Kitchener this past season. He finished with a record of 21-18 and 4.
Cajan was a first-round pick of the Rangers in the 2020 CHL Import draft.
